When you create a redirect for a search query, Google Analytics won't be able to find the query in the first place. To prevent this, you can include the search parameter in your redirect settings in Tweakwise.
A search query may end up in the wrong results on the page. The best thing to do is to set a second parameter for Google Analytics and use this in the redirect. Navigate to Administrator > Data display settings.
