All merchandising that you set up using Builder module has priority over your current sorting and on merchandising from Visual Merchandising. The example below shows you an example of a Builder grid. The holes in the grid are filled in by default sorting or products from your Product Push if you use that module. The green hoodie is placed on the third tile.
A product that is placed on a component in your Builder may already be in your default sorting or Product Push. In this case, Builder has priority, and the product will be shown in the first position. Default sorting and Product Push will then fill in the rest of the positions. Possible duplicates are removed automatically so you won't see the same product twice.
We've selected the green hoodie on the first place in Product Push:
The example below shows you a demo shop where Product Push and Builder are active. To keep it all clear, every product gets a label to indicate the reason for its position.
All positions that are not filled in by Product Push or Builder, are filled in using default sorting. There will not be any duplicates.
