Sometimes a suggestion that is entered in the Suggestions module (Suggestions → Established suggestions) will not come up in the web shop. Follow these steps to troubleshoot this issue:
1. Did you run a publication task recently? Suggestions can only be implemented after a publication.
2. Has the cache been cleared?
3. Has the suggestion been added to the blacklist?
4. Are there many manual suggestions? Established suggestions will always appear below any manual suggestions.
