If you've set up products in Builder, and you've linked the Builder to a category, then it will be active in the search results in that category. This doesn't mean that these products will show up on top if they're not actually matching, however. As soon as a product from Builder matches, it will appear on top of the sorting, even if it would normally be on the tenth position, for example.
