The Merchandising Builder gives you the ability to enrich the product listing page with items or visuals that meet certain conditions. This allows you to exert even more influence on what the website visitor sees. You can create a template per category, where you can define different conditions depending on the type of product or visual.

Within the Builder, you can easily assemble the grid using the available components. For the empty positions, the system checks whether you have pinned products. Otherwise, products are shown and sorted according to the active sorting of the linked category.

The available components depend on your purchased Merchandising Level. The same applies to adjusting the grid size. You can read more about the grid size via How do I adjust the size of the product tile in the Builder? – Tweakwise.

Please contact your Customer Success Manager if you are interested in using the grid size.

Via Merchandising → Builder you will access your overview of configured Builders:

After opening, you will see the configured components:

Easily add new components by clicking on an empty tile or edit an existing one via the three dots.

Depending on the component, there is a second step:

Either select 'Save & exit' to go back to the overview page or choose 'Save' to save your changes in between.
