There are two variations of the Guided Selling: Compare and Funnel. This article shines a light on the differences between the two.
Compare
The compare variation lets you set up questions that the customer will answer. When the customer has gone through all the questions, the best matching products will be shown first. The answers don't have to be a 100% match, so there will always be a match. Read how to set up a compare in this article: 'How do I set up a Compare?'
Funnel
The funnel variation is set up using a filter template. This means that you will be filtering within the funnel, only your customer will be lead through it. The products need to correspond to the property. The results page will show the products as well as the used filters. The funnel also always returns products, because it will skip a question if it prevents products from being shown. Read how to set up a funnel in this article: 'How do I set up a Funnel?'
