A category tree can show multiple levels of categories. This tree structure can be directly visible or collapsed/collapsible depending on your front-end implementation.

You can set the minimum depth with which to determine the values displayed if, for example, you don't want to show the main categories. For example not showing a 'Ladies' and 'Men's' category, but only 'Pants' 'Sweaters' 'Jackets' and so on.

The maximum depth can be set to ensure that, for example, the lowest category is not shown. This allows you to show the 'Accessories' category, for example, but not 'Bracelet', 'Bag' 'Tie' and so on.

In the link type of category tree, only one level is shown. So when a visitor clicks the Koken & tafelen category, only this category and its children categories will be shown.
