It is possible to manage the users of your Tweakwise environment yourself. Tweakwise can make one of you 'Klantbeheerder' . The Klantbeheerder has the rights to add new users and modify or delete existing users.

If you want to know who one of you is already a Klantbeheerder, or if you want to become one, please contact support@tweakwise.com.

Nieuwe gebruiker toevoegen:

1. Go to account.tweakwise.com
2. Click on Gebruikers
3. Click on Toevoegen

When creating a new user, an e-mail address, first name and last name must always be entered. Under the Rollen-tab, you can make the new user 'Gebruiker' or also 'Klantbeheerder'.

After adding the user, you must first save the settings with the button Opslaan before you can link him to an 'Applicatie'. Linking is done by ticking 'Tweakwise Navigator' and any other products the user should have access to.
Normally, giving access to Tweakwise Navigator is sufficient.

After you give the user access, after going through the activation steps, they can go right into Tweakwise.
