For Shopware, we have an extension that helps you sync your products from Shopware to Tweakwise. To make use of this, you need to take the following steps:

Step 1: Go to Extensions in the Shopware story and search for Tweakwise

 

Step 2: Open de Tweakwise Product Sync extension. You will land on a page with more information about the extension. Click 'Add Extension'

Step 3: When the extension is installed, you can find it under Extensions > My Extensions. To activate the extension, click the three dots and choose 'Open extension'

Step 4: In the next screen, log in with your Tweakwise account. Click Login to Tweakwise.

Step 5: A pop-up will appear that lets you log into your Tweakwise Account.

 

Note! If you are not getting a pop-up, you need to check the following in your browser settings:

1. Make sure that pop-ups are allowed in your browser.
2. Make sure your browser accepts 'third-party-cookies'

 

Step 6: Choose which instance you want to link.

Step 7: Select the right Sales Channel.

Step 8: Synchronize

When you've gone through all the steps, the connection is made. To then import all Shopware data into Tweakwise, you should click 'Synchronize'. This causes a full synchronization of all products, properties and categories.

 

 

Good to know:

• After the first synchronization, all product changes are automatically pushed to Tweakwise.
• Category changes are not automatic yet, to do this, you need to do a full sync.
