Ever since version 4.0.6 of the Master extension and version 4.0.2 of the Export extension, you can find the version number of the Tweakwise extension in Magento. Open the Tweakwise module in Magento: Stores > Configuration > Catalog > Tweakwise

Under the General section, you will find the version number of the Master extension and under the Export section, you will see the Export extension's version number.
