You don't have the time to go to a store, so you decide to do some online shopping. But how do you determine what you need from all the different products and technical specifications? You can't see the forest for the trees, so you need someone who knows your needs and can translate them into a product range, as an employee in a physical store would. Tweakwise offers a solution for this, called the Guided Selling module.

This module allows you to lead potential customers towards finding the right products actively. The module lets you simulate a dialog and determine what your customer's needs are. By asking the right questions, you can discover which specifications and products your customer wants. This contributes to an increase in customer satisfaction and conversion ratio.
