The option Manual for the sorting of values might be missing. This is caused by the fact that the filter is based on a derived property. Here's two causes and solutions.

• The filter is based on a derived property of the type Advanced
  The values of this derived property are determined at the moment of publication. These values aren't known while you're setting up the filter template. That's why it's impossible to sort these values manually. You could integrate the sorting that you're looking for into the derived property.
• The filter is based on a derived property of the type Replace or Combine
  It's not possible to manually sort values with this derived property. You can sort within the derived property. Look up the derived property of which you want to edit the sorting and open it. There's a column named # behind the replaced values. Type a number here to order the values manually.
